Basic Details
Used for sorting & display ordering. Must be unique.
Short code (letters/digits/_/-). Cannot be changed later.
Created automatically when adding a new hall.
Bookings will be numbered like BSN-001, BSN-002, etc. Must end with "-" and be unique.
Status
Approvers (Admins)
Email addresses (@bmsit.in) that can sign in to the admin dashboard and approve bookings for this hall.
Public Contacts
Public-facing contacts shown to users in the Contacts modal. Display only — does not grant access. Approvers will automatically be marked with a badge.
